Our ongoing hands-on massage workshop is designed for all human relationships—not just couples. Whether you bring a spouse, friend, family member, or neighbor, you’ll learn simple, effective ways to support and care for others through the power of touch. In a fun and relaxed environment, we teach easy techniques that blend Swedish massage, Thai Yoga Massage, and gentle yoga practices—perfect for everyday use at home.
You’ll gain practical skills while also learning the importance of mindfulness, proper body mechanics, and staying present while giving and receiving massage. The workshop includes guided meditation, basic massage strokes, gentle stretching, breathing techniques, and essential safety guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

Beginners Yoga Course
Start your yoga journey with confidence in this beginner-friendly, in-person course designed to build a strong foundation for both body and mind. Over five weeks, you’ll learn essential elements often missed in large classes—proper breathing techniques, body alignment, focus (Drishti), and foundational principles that make your practice safe, effective, and deeply rewarding. Whether you’re completely new or looking to refine the basics, this course provides a clear and supportive path forward.
You’ll explore fundamental poses, mindfulness, and the connection between breath and movement (Vinyāsa), along with powerful breathing techniques like Three-Part Breath (Dirga Pranayama), Ujjayi, and alternate nostril breathing. With a focus on personalization, you’ll gain the tools to develop your own sustainable yoga routine. Classes meet twice weekly (Mondays and Thursdays, 6:00–7:30 pm) from June 1 to July 2, 2026. T
